Guys the samples are out: http://www.amazon.com/gp/recsradio/radio/B000UBVRHO/ref=pd_krex_dp_a/105-0813871-3417250

Sound absolutely fantastic to me.
I can definitely hear The Rahman Sound throughout all samples. Definitely a masterpiece. The funny thing was i accidently clicked on elizabeth I music samples and I was like "This is either not Rahman or Rahman is really bad" Glad it was the first assumption.

This film is getting a critical drubbing. Don't know about the general reaction to the score, but the review at the Onion AV Club said the score was obnoxious.

i am sure the reaction was the same for lagaan or swades or other ARR class movie scores and we all know from past experience that it will change. Just wait and the critics will eat their words from the same end they let it out from.

wow divinity theme is amazing. its the longest track in there and its done by ARR (can u believe that he used indian classical raag for that? u might not realize it when chorus sings but when violin plays the part, its clearly indian, too good) unfortunately its so quiet and i cant repeat it over and over again. have to say WOHE was 10 times better. ARR should have done the entire BGM, then he would have had more freedom. craig's influences diminished ARRs style.
