The word வில்லன் here has something to do with "வில்", which is drawn around 'உத்தம'. There are 2 red spots inside, denoting two targets?

The word, "வில்லன்" is the Ambu here. Look at the two edges next to "ன்"

"உ" is missing the circle, but instead "வி" has a large one. Placing it next to 'உ' makes it looks like the number 20. Not sure if this has any significance.
