seems too harsh usually you mean "oh my bad" not "oh woe is me"

i think this emoticon is very underused but that is probably how we look when reading threads we can't make head or tail of and frankly don't give a ****

but i guess the best of the best is it really brightens your day sometimes...
and is better than that weird lip flapping
