Dear friends,

There is another song, probably from some movie around 80s or 70z

It has typical meaning i.e.

"We have been coming time n again in this earth for so many YUGA.
We shall continue too"

It has words like "SAU saal thak"

The song was my most fav but been skipping my mind for past 6 years or more

I frantically am in search of those lyrics and songs

and its NOT

The song had 'SAU SAAL" that much I am sure

or may be even 'SAU SAAL DO SAAL '

I think these two lines are to be read together to find the meaning

duniyan ne phir na poocha loota hai mujko kaise

None bothered to ask whats went wrong with me (or mere haal or whats up with me etc)

so now read these lines

arthe uthhee ho kisi ki

doli (when a girl gets married doli udthi hain na?)

artha = desire/wealth/prosperity etc

Doli (marriage) is lifted off,
as though to lift wealth and prosperity!

if she means it generally it is meant to say doli utna signifies prosperity or rise in prosperity.

IF she means her plight in irony she might have meant to say

My doli lifted off, to lift the wealth and prosperty away (from me) !
