Thanks for this master piece. I too surprised when I hear first humming AA HAAA from male voice. Just week back i have recollected this song in LUDES OF MSV. To my surprise I got this here. thanks a lot.
Fine support from LRE and amazing interlude.

When I hum this song - nee ninaithaal - I end up with kaadhal raaNi kattikidakka from thirisoolam... I'm know nothing about raagas and am not sure if both belong to the same categroy or not.

Song: unakkum enakkum vegu dhooramillai
Movie: edhaiyum thaangum idhaiyam
Singer : Soolamangalam Rajalakshmi
Lyrics: ?
MD: TRPappa
Starry night. You sit on the terrace with the radio on. Lots of noise around you. Honking car, blending mixer, whistling cooker, chirping crickets, shouting children. Then unexpectedly radio plays this song.
The soft breezy voice of SR will automatically shut all the surrounding noise and will force you to concentrate only on the song. Nothing else will distract you.
Such is the power of this sweet melody., one of the , no, IMO the best song by SR.
ETI had KRRamasamy, SSR, vijaykumari and Muthuraman. Though i have watched the film long long back on DD, I just remember this. Muthuraman played the father of SSR and KRR.
Casting can not get any more weird.
The film had one more good song 'uLLam thedaathe endru solludhe'(KRR, SJ).

This song somehow resembles THULLATHA MANAMUM THULLUM from kalyana parisu.
