i crave kaalaan.

hi. There's this small chaat shop in saibaba colony - coimbatore on the road to the left just past jas textiles.. most of us call it kaalaan kadai. staying away from home is killing me and i would really appreciate it if someone could send me the recipe to their kaalaan.. its the best ever.

I guess acjdagr8's query is regarding fried kalaan coz that is what is very famous in coimbatore...Anyways,I maintain a distance from fried stuffs...so I don't have any idea abt it...
