    25 minutes for the the game 10 seconds / move

    If tie again
    then play "blitz" - 5 minutes to a game 3 seconds per move.

    Just a related note: Indian Govt has always put Vishwanathan Anand FIRST when it comes to recognition. First Sportsman to get the highest Indian award for a sportsman - Rajni Gandhi Kel ratna. Padma Sri at 18 . Probably he is popular than Sachin globally.
