Although its a tad too late now, I have been listening to thigu thiguvena from Aah aah and the song, especially Saadhana's rendition has had me hooked. Every time she sings "thala thala" at the end of the charanams she improvs it in a different way. She has come a long way from her early days IMO. The way the percussion kicks in at a higher volume after an intentionally muted down vocal prelude packs in a punch or two. The tune flow in the charanam is pretty good too. The male voice sucked and the choice could have been better. But the composition is a winner from Rahman, for a situation that demanded a sensuous song.
