Very good choice, RR! Kaithapram (Damodaran Namboothiri), the lyricist/composer of this song, is a very talented and multifaceted artist. In addition to writing poetry, movie lyrics, stories and screen plays, he is also an established music director and actor. He also performs live Carnatic music concerts. As you likely know, he plays the role of the classical singer Ananthan Kutty in the movie His Highness Abdullah; and M.G. Sreekumar sings "naadharoopini..." for him.
