I remember reading in some book, where it is mentioned that MGR is one of the most talented Human Resource manager he has ever met as he is capable of mentoring and brings out the best of the best talents (Now a days HR department became just recruiters altogether in every corporate)

Just to quote one of the incident which recently on an interview Kamalahassan said, “On the 100th day function of his movie RajaPaarvai, MGR was presiding the function and from the moment he arrived he was more concerned about the forecast and was asking Kamal why did you keep the function outdoor and exactly when he was delivering his speech it started drizzling, he immediately asked people to switch of the sodium vapor lamps which were placed as decoratives as they would burst due to showers, Unfortunately the moment he said " அந்த லைட் எல்லாம் ஆப் பண்ணுங்க பா வெடிச்சிட போகுது " it blew off”, such was his incredible ability.
