They do not do any useful or contructive work, but spend all their time from 8 am to 8 pm and whatever little money they have for watching Films, TV serials & Beauty paegents,
hence they cannot afford to buy food or build toilets for themselves.
......., and thus have the sole privilege of defecating in toilets instead of on the street like the rest of the public. Is this correct ?

Not true. Because if they don't do anything constructive, where do they get the money from?

I also saw a documentary where people without jobs in India can find work in the movie industry as artisans, side actors, cleaners, transport workers, dress makers, caterers, make up asistance, removalists, repairmen, stunt doubles, lighting assistants,prop makers, carpenters, etc, etc, etc.
