Enabling Videos
I found recently that all youtube videos are enabled to show up in the post itself. I know this is to avoid opening multiple tabs or pages of the browser, but it fills up and clutters our pages, so that it is difficult to read the messages and discussions. I don't know it is only me, but I feel it would be better to leave it to the user if he wants to enable the videos, rather than defaulting all the time. Please let me know if this new feature can be withdrawn, if everyone agrees.

V_S,
This feature was enabled as many were struggling to embed videos (see How to threads) and been requesting for an easy way. I think there's a way to just link it if you want to. Will let you know.

V_S,
While this feature is implemented, you can use this trick: when you post the URL, remove 'www.' from it. Then
only the link will show. e.g
http://youtube.com/watch?v=OhnIGSkRxrI

Never argue with a fool or he will drag you down to his level and beat you at it through sheer experience!
