HUB very slow and eats lots of CPU

I also have this problem for quite some time.. Thought it was because of my company laptop.. It takes forever to load.. Scrolling is very very slow. .and if we click the scroll bar or scroll more it hangs and responds after looong time..

Browser : IE 8
Windows XP.

This one persists on Chrome as well. FF handles it a bit better, but still is problematic

And, when I tend to 'Stop' the page because it takes too much of time for loading it shows an irrelevant "Abandon this page? Your comments will be lost" everytime, now!
