Srinivasan: Thanks for your kind words. I have the texts of several songs sung by Yesudas but I was unsuccessful in getting the composer information for any of them from him, his son and Tharangini.

Hi Mr Lakshman
Thank you for the pains taken. It does not matter if you cannot locate the composer which can be located elsewhere. If you do locate please inform when possible. By the by, though I have had no honour to get the help of Meena, I thank her too for the service she is rendering through this forum for the Carnatic Music Lovers and help seekers.

Is the audio available on the net? On which CD/cassette is it rendered?

Dear Shri Lakshmanji,

I hope, you would be remembering me; long back we were communicating by e-mail. I am equally grateful to you for the services rendered to me through this thread. Of course, you are serving music lovers with full dedication and honesty and there is no words to praise you.

Are you having only the lyrics of Carnatic Music. For the last two years, I was searching a lyric of a film song viz. "Omkaaram, Omkaaram, aadimamantram anaswara mantram.." (Kumarasambhavam 1969, Dr. KJY, Lyric by ONV Kurup and music by Devarajan. ) In fact I was having the music book of this film (at that time it was made available in the theatre during the show; but unfortunately it is misplaced somewhere. I searched quite many internet sites for the lyric; but to no avail.

Thanking you once again,

Lakshman

I am sorry but almost all the song lyrics I have are classical ones.
