Man so many movies released last year. Hard to make a top 10 when I just watched below 10 % of the movies released. Anyhow my favs:

1. Kaththi (bec of Vijay, subject, message)
2. Pisasu (Mysskins narration, different approach toward ghosts, Radha Ravis acting)
3. VIP (DNA combination didnt dissapoint)
4. Sathuranga Vettai (surprisingly good movie with unknown cast)
5. Thegidi (one of the best thrillers this year)
6. Arima Nambi (another thriller with very good cast and performance)
7. Vaayai moodi Pesavum (a light comedy and last movie with Nazriya)
8. Yaamirukka Bayamey (first comedy horror in tamil in recent times)
9. Jilla/Veeram (both had good elements and bad elements hard to decide which is better)

1.Naaigal Jaakkiradhai - Kudos to the director and producer for selecting a genre which is new to TFI and managing a decent film.

2.Irumbu Kudhirai - Kick on the back for the team for selecting a genre which is new to TFI and making a disaster, ensuring that producers will think twice before making a film in the same genre again.

Watched Burma and Thirudan Police recently - both are worthy to make to the list.

Burma was just 1.5 hours, while TP was quite a different police comedy movie. :thumbsup:
