The Names, Name Boards, Instruction Boards, Street Names and Transport Service Boards should be in "Tamil Language" throughout the length and breadth of Tamil Nadu

(1) It should be mandatory that all Tamil Nadu Government Departments and Private Business Centres, Banks, Schools, Colleges, Universities and other Academic Educational Institutions, Vocational Centres, the Malls, Super Markets, Shops and other Trades and Service Centres "throughout Tamil Nadu" - should have their Names, Name-boards and Instruction-boards "necessarily" first in Tamil followed by English.

(2) It should be made mandatory that all Street Names "throughout Tamil Nadu" should necessarily be in Tamil followed by English.
(3) It should also be made mandatory that all Transport Services such as Buses, Trains serving within and originating from Tamil Nadu, should have destination names in Tamil followed in English and Hindi
