Cambridge, Oxford and Boston Uni's are famous, but if you are bright tudent with talent and determination, one does not need good uni, you can virtualy learn from home, this is not to upset any one, but just my view :D

i would like to know whether anyone has any idea about any teacher training course or degree ( either from indian university or or other western countries) which is taught online or through correspondence / distance learning ??

i have tried searching on internet but many degrees / diplomas either dont have any value whatsoever Or require previous work experience.

kindly help me out here if you know of anyone doing these courses

hello everyone ,

I have come across 2 more colleges offering distance learning courses.

1) One is from ICFAI which offers many distance learning courses . i am more intersted in knowing abt the B.Ed degree n PG diplomas .

2) Indian institute of management studeis , IIMAT from chennai which has centres all over india and even in UAE , Singapore , Malayisa , oman, etc. other similar institutes are
www.aiimas.com

www.aicomas.org.

My question is :

does anyone know students here in ICFAI , IIMAT who are current / former students who can tell me whether the courses offered thru distance learning have some value n scope nad whether they are worth spending time and money. though i have contacted the instuttes themselves , i would really like to know the response of their students.

Kindly reply at the earliest , anybody.
