I will be looking forward to that. But you know, the weight in metrics is fine and it is even more accurate than volumetric measuments. So if you don't want to go through the trouble just post it as such. I myself trust my scale better than anything else.

C. I.,

I am getting ready to try this recipe. As I started putting together the ingredients I noticed that the recipe calls for 5 cups flour and the amount of water, butter and yeast seem to be the same I usually use for recipes that call for 3 cups flour. In this case, what consistency of dough should I expect, if in the fist kneading cycle of the machine the ball is too dry and I need to adjust it by adding more liquid??

Is the final product more on the light or dense side??
