Tomatillo recipes?

i bought some fresh tomatillos from a farmer's market- any recipes? plz share!

I have used tomatillos instead of puli in thogayals. Cut them and saute them along with milagai vatral and other stuff.

ALso used them in sambhars and rasam. ALso to give sourness in morkozhambu.

Here's one Tomatillo chutney recipe-

Tomatillo-
Green chillies
Onion- optional
Salt-
Jeerige powder(jeera pwd)
Coriander- optional

Wash and cut the tomatillos and then dry roast them in kadai with green chillies and if adding onion also that along with tomatillos. Then after it cools down grind this with salt and jeerige powder and coriander if u want to add.
U can add seasoning to it with curry leaves.

Tomatillo chutney is ready
