you can stir fry vegs(shredded carrots, cabbage, beans, capscicum, beansprouts etc) with salt & chilli powder... add the cooked noodles, soya sauce(optional) fry for a min again...take off flame, add tomato sauce(can use a mix of tomato sauce & chilli sauce) & mix well... I don't have the exact measurements as I adjust it depending on the quantity of vegs used & my mood...hehehe...

Not a big fan of Maggi noodles, but I like this foln. recipe, a friend made, when I was over at her place.

Step1: Heat water in a big pot, put the noodles in it, add 2-3 tomatoes, finely chopped and 2 carrots finely chopped.

Step 2: Meanwhile, Heat a tbsp of oil in other pan, add onions, chopped lengthwise, frozen green peas (1 cup), frozen french beans (1/2 cups) and stir for 5-6 mins. Add a 3/4rth cup of shredded cabbage. and stir for 2-3 misn and switch the stove off.

Step 3: When the carrots are cooked, add the vegetables from step2 to the pot of noodles+tomatoes+carrots. Add some salt and pepper and switch the stove off. Add some coriander leaves.

Step 4: Add some grated cheese to this and stir once. Close this for a few mins. After 5-6 mins, the cheese woud have melted. Serve hot.

Note: This dish does not sue the masala that comes with maggi noodles. It tasted great though.

Do you need to use the masala that comes with the pack?
