Years before, this was needed to give life to downtrodden society who were reduced to such levels by the so called forward community...........
for centuries, a society was not allowed to come up in life.....
so it was a laudable effort by Govt to introduce quota system so that those who were deprived atleast will get basic education and a decent job...
the mission was very clear....
by giving basic education, one member of the family will have a better living so that the next generation and future generation are taken of well as he will have some means to earn and live
also by giving a job , he gets settled down reasonably well monetarily which could make his next generation study and get their basics right
but now its more than 50 years .....since this quota system was implemented .....
WHETHER THE BENEFITS REALLY WENT TO THE DEPRIVED SOCIETY ??
Did they reap the benefits ??
Are we seeing any improvement in their standard of living ??
