I am san, new to this site,and i saw all ur interesting beauty tips,really felt happy to join in ur group

i have a quick question

people say that using some shampoo may spoil the hair and alos lead to hair loss

can anyone tell me which shampoo is best so that using it will not cause hair fall and that can be considered good for hair when used regularly :-)

Avoid shampoos with ingredients that end with sulphates and conditioners with cones.. Sulphates are strong chemicals.
Cones are synthetic stuff that coat the hair and mask the condition of the hair to make it look nice, but does not improve hair condition by any means.

GO for fruit based (herbal ) shampoos

im using sunsilk ( lime nutrient ) shampoo..before that my hair used to fall a lot..but after using this shampoo it has reduced a lot..may be you should try and see if it works for you..
