Sweet coconut rice :

Ingredients :

cooked rice
urad dhal(ulutham parupu)
grated coconut
jaggery
cardamom(elakai)
cashew
ghee

Preparation :

Soak urad dhal for few minutes and then fry it in ghee until the dhal swell enough (parupu poriyum)
Grate coconut and fry it to redness
Make a thick jaggery paste by mixing jaggery with water and boil it so that it becomes thick,so called vella paagu (for 5 table spoon rice quarter kg jaggery paste is needed)
Mix all and add cardamom and fry cashew and add it too.

for good flavour add little ghee.
