Why Wide Gap?... DEMAND Vs AVAILABILITY?

How to decide the Career matching with the current days and the Near future?.

The Salient Reasons... for the Wide Gap in EMPLOYMENT PROSPECTS ....

(1) In the present India too... on Career for the Youth, in general the decision is taken by the Parents, whose approach is not realistic, but only following the flock in front.

"If a neighborers Son has entered a Medical college, my son too must become a Doctor...and...

...my ambition in my Life is... to make my other child as a Lawyer"..

...thinks a Father with NO CONSIDERATION on the relevant child's APTITUDE... to match with that Specific profession...nor..

... the Career-prospects in the long run... and in the Near future too!... nor..

...the Parallel choices of OTHER CAREERS with better prospects implied.

Aptitude the PRIME CRITERIA for decision on Career

For success in any Career, one must have Job-satisfaction for the self... first ... prior to the Employer/ Client Satisfaction.

But such a Job-satisfaction can be found only in a person possessing Job- aptitude.

For example... a True Experience...

One Young man always dynamic and active was asked by his father to look after his Shop... just sitting at the Proprietors seat... sitting quiet, collecting cash against bills... Easy job without much physical strains.

The Son disliked it and so refused... but after the insistance from others in his family, he half-heartedly agreed and took up the duty.

But he was a failure... since badly criticised by the Clients, Employees and his Father as well...

.. each on their own different reasons.!

The Youth was no doubt quite intelligent with good merit in his studies and smart enough to deal with people...

....outside his Business-functions... at the shop.!! ..Why Not on his Duties?

Because of his lack of MIND-APPLICATION and ENTHUSIASM ...

...which are interlinkled with one's APTITUDE for the JOB and the TASK- COMMITMENT!!!

Subsequently he expressed to parents on his Dream- Career of Police- officer ...

With much difficulty and support of his mother got their consent and studied I.P.S ...

... became a C.I.D Inspector... where he was VERY SUCCESSFUL....

...to the surprise of his Parents and Friends.!!!
