Sweet recipe with /12 and 1/2

Hi ,
I bought a 1/2 gallon half and half to make some sweet.(its an impulsive buy):cry: i dont have any recipe which calls for 1/2 & 1/2 . Now its almost its expiry date. can you pls. post some tested recipe which uses 1/2&1/2 predominantly.
