hai,
what flour must be purchased in US stores to make these snacks?

for bajjis - chickpea flour (besan ) (bengal gram flour)

for samosas - maida/ atta ( plain flour or wheat flour)

for vadai, no need of flour

if its ulundhu vadai/ medhu vadai, u need - urad dal
for masal vadai - chana dal

bonda - urad dal

sometimes bonda can be made with besan with potato stuffing
