Hi

I use durum flour (Golden Temple) to make rotis. The rotis come out soft, but have a slightly bitter aftertaste. Does durum atta taste different or is the flour spoilt? Can someone help me??

I suggest you to buy BHALIYA GHAUN NO LOT which is wheat flour of premium wheat from Gujarat India, from Patel Brothers in future.

Durram is always a problem
