I've planned the foll:

Starters:
Crispy Fried Vegetables & Some fruit Juice

Main Course:

Bagera Baingan
Jeera Rice/VegetablePulao
Chappatis
Cucumber Raita
Pappad
Lime Pickle

Dessert:

I need help- I think we should have one more curry but nothing panner based because the guests don't like it.

How abt channa masala or Dhal makhni???... or any other dhal so that U can balance out on the protein part of the meal...

try dal kofta khorma....

take soaked toor dal 1 cup and grind with 1 onion, 2 chillies, a small piece ginger and a clove of garlic,... add salt and coriander leaves
make balls and keep aside.
make the usual khorma base and slip in the balls and cook without breaking ( or steam separately and add into the khorma)

garnish with coriander leaves and serve.

Dal kofta? Haven't eaten or cooked that before...so should do an experiment? :-D

Well this is what we've decided:

STARTERS:
Lychee Juice
Crispy Fried Veggies

MAIN COURSE:
Jeera Rice
Malai Kofta
Chappatis
Aloo Gobi
Cucumber Raita
Lime Pickle
Masala Pappad

DESERT:
Gulab Jamun (home-made)
