Better Drumstick - Frozen or Can ??

Please suggest me which form of drumstick is better - Can or frozen ??
Also suggest if any brand in particular

I personally prefer the frozen Drumsticks to the canned variety. Sometimes, when you open the can the drum-stick pieces are mushed, and have to be added at the end of cooking. I have tried making sambhar, avial and pulikulambu with frozen drumstick and they have come out well. You might want to microwave the vegetable for a few min and the cook as we would normally do. Hope this helps.
