Hi Tulip,
I am not sure how chettinadu idli is different from others. Usually sambhar or chutney goes with idly. Do you need karakuzambu recipe for rice?

actually i ate this combo in a south indian restaurant, they serve chettinadu idlis with karakuzhambu :)

it would be nice to see your recipe for karakuzhambu
