The Series is like British turned-on-head "West Wing" with cynicism and spin-doctors, and Downing street. Presented in documentary style of "The office". The effect is truly hilarious. the center of the series is Malcolm Tucker, the PM's Enforcer, director of communications and THE spin-doctor of spin doctors. It's an all-out farce on totally possible and real-life inspired situations, and invariably Political and realistic. With lot of pop and cultural references, thrown with abusive language for good measure.

In one scene, Malcolm begins with a disclaimer,

I just wanted to say to you by the way of introductory remarks that I'm extremely miffed about today's events and in my quest to try to make you understand the level of my..uhm, unhappines. I'm likely to use an awful lot of - what we would call - violent sexual imagery and I just wanted to check that neither of you would be terribly offended by that.

In one episode, departments are clubbed to a single location. As Malcolm makes his way down the corridor from one ministry to another. He is cursing staff of a Ministry, on his way to Secretary of Social affairs and Citizenship. He is watched over by the Minister, his staff including his chief adviser, Glenn, and Dept DoC, Terri and her stand-in secretary, Robbyn. They fear of impending bollocking as they gaze through glass wall.

Glenn: Malcolm must love this. Four ministers in one building.
Minister: It's his dream. A one-stop bollock-shop.
Glenn: Trouble is, we're going to be getting some ofthat in about an hour.
Minister: Yeah. I don't know which is worse? Watching him rumble towards you like prostate cancer, or him appearing suddenly out of nowhere, like a severe stroke.

(suddenly strikes to him, Terri's father died of stroke)
Minister (to Terri): Oh...How is your sister coping :lol2:

V for Vendakkaa.

Rest of the world it was released under the title "V for Vendetta" ... Lol.
Here is another dialogue from the same movie :

Evey : Who are you?

V: Who? Who is but the form following the function of what, and what I am is a man in a mask.

Evey: Well I can see that.

V: Of course you can. I'm not questioning your powers of observation, I'm merely remarking upon the paradox of asking a masked man who he is. "

V: But on this most auspicious of nights, permit me then, in lieu of the more commonplace sobriquet, to suggest the character of this dramatis persona. Voilà! In view, a humble vaudevillian veteran, cast vicariously as both victim and villain by the vicissitudes of Fate. This visage, no mere veneer of vanity, is a vestige of the vox populi, now vacant, vanished. However, this valorous visitation of a by-gone vexation, stands vivified and has vowed to vanquish these venal and virulent vermin van-guarding vice and vouchsafing the violently vicious and voracious violation of volition. [carves V into poster on wall] The only verdict is vengeance; a vendetta, held as a votive, not in vain, for the value and veracity of such shall one day vindicate the vigilant and the virtuous. [giggles] Verily, this vichyssoise of verbiage veers most verbose, so let me simply add that it's my very good honor to meet you and you may call me V.

Evey: Are you like a crazy person? "

I agree with you, but Pierre Morel + Luc Besson are very good story tellers. The problem started when they want to "Americanise" their narration. Their creation like the first Transporter was good, then the series failed miserably. From Paris With Love, to statisfy the American audience, their went too much is criticising the French and its mannerisms, which was not well accepted by any audience. (But the climax was good though). It applies to "Pink Panther" too. the 2nd was a just a mere joke.

For action/stunt lovers here is "Banlieue 13" (District B13 or B13) by Luc Besson and Pierre Morrel. They made a 2nd also, which was fairly a good attempt.
