Thanks for the clip :) BTW I remember watching a Ramarajan movie (Villupaattukaaran?) long back in which Raaja appears in his studio and talks in length with RR and his team of Folk musicians. Which one is it?Quote:

i think the sivaji-IR movie is 'Saadhanai'.
I completely forgot to post this link for fellow Raaja Fans. I was happy surfing this site and downloading Raaja's telugu albums, for the past few days. You can also join in to D/L from here

hi all - not to be missed IR telugu songs:
'ninnu choosina' - from Chinnabbayi - sweet and the melodic portion sung by SPB in the antara/stanzas is haunting!
'mogali poove' from Keechu rallu - awesome bass line!
'banti chamanti' - vintage IR twists and turns in the tune!
'malli malli idhi rani' - classic!
one more - 'shubhalekha' from kodaveeti donga - terrific ambient feel plus stunning interludes! the score is grand!
While searching, I stumbled upon these stunning telugu songs:

check out all the IR numbers in the folder, they are real stunners (including original of "dhak dhak karne laga")
thanks to user "dhungana" for sharing the songs!

Anybody has a good copy of IR's title song from Namma Kudumbam serial?
Anyone planning to record IR sharjah concert which is going to be shown in kalaignar TV tomorrow?
Raajangham program in Aahaa FM going great these days...
the otherday some one named Bala, a veena musician hinted some great veena based songs, followed by its relay !! One such number was a great fusion from the film Raja Paarvai, which had some fantastic veena+violin pieces. i will appreciate if i get this from someone. There was also mention abt a classical song from film Manjal Nila sung by KJ & sasirekha...any idea where can i get this.
Right now, interview with Sivamani is on as part of pongal special, njoymadi...

Aur Ek Prem Kahani
'Aur Ek Prem Kahani' full album for your purview is here

All songs recycled from his earlier Tamil films stands as a testimony for his skill in tweaking around the same song for different situations, genres or moods.
This Album also contains the 7th version( that are with me) of the Legendary 'Sangathil paadatha Kavithai'
Enjoy!
"Aur ek prem kahani" is a real treat.Quote:

Thanks RS! What a treat!!
however, except "naina bole naina", the other songs sound very southy, and its hard to imagine how a northy audience would appreciate that. But "naina bole naina" more than makes up for the rest - what an orchestration! It could be one of the best hindi songs in the last few decades..
Welcome!Quote:
