Now Thuppakki is finally out (and I am going for my 2nd show tomorrow), any new news about Vijay-Vijay project? Last I heard, shooting starts from the end of this month?

he made the whole script vijay in mind, when asked abt amala Paul, said she is the only actress to have bulk days..blah ..& in the end, he said, will make it as 5th in a row for vijay..

Here is the news about Vijay and KV Anand.
Vijay will be teaming up with KV Anand for a project after completing the AL Vijay’s venture which he is currently busy with. In the mean time, KV Anand is making all the arrangements to get the story ready for his next and has set the ball rolling for it. While writers SuBa were involved in all his projects till now, for the Vijay starrer, the director is planning to opt for a change.
Sources say that Pattukottai Prabhakar will be in-charge of the story for the Vijay starrer, which is yet to be named.

After the success of Thuppakki, Vijay is ready to move on to his next AL Vijay film starting today. Amala Paul will be pairing up with him while Nirav Shah, GV Prakash and other AL Vijay regulars will also work on this as yet untitled project.
Post this film, he might do a film with KV Anand if things fall into place. RS Infotainment will produce this venture while Pattukottai Prabhakar will pen the dialogues. Script work is supposed to be going on for this film.
Vijay is also said to be doing a film with newcomer Nesan in the near future under the Super Good Films banner. A lot on his plate, for sure and his fans ought to be thrilled.

Vijay Antony did a much better job in Velayudham compared to HJ in Nanban and now in Thuppakki. Lovely songs that I could hear numerous times.
The only song I really liked in Nanban was 'En Frienda Pola Yaaaru Machan', maybe because of the theme. The all popular 'Asku Laska' was just too syrupy sweet and does not hold a candle to the brilliant equivalent in Hindi 'Zoobi Doobi'. Thuppaki songs have not left an impression as yet, except for 'Google Google'.
