Lunch: had 3 idlies. vera edhuvum saapida pudikkala...
Eve: 1g green tea.
Dinner: Should be roti or again idly,.. not sure... :?

BF; 2 chapathis with mix veg subzi, tea
Snack: 1 s.banana, wtermmelon
Lunch: MS rice - the usual 3 course
Eve: tea
Dinner; chilli chapathi, curd,grapes
BF: tomamto sevai, coconut sevai, tea
MM: grapes
Lunch; 3 course mmeal with mms kammbu saadham
Eve: 1 bowl vegs mmixed with curd, tea
Dinner: veg atta noodles, wm juice
