Adhi is also plotting to take over Abi Constructions just like few years ago. He manages to convince Arthis into giving him her share of Abi Constructions using the recent "slapping." He also manipulates Mano into giving his share of the constructions. When Abi finds out about Adhi's plan she goes to get her mother's share of the company. But Aarthi already lied and got her mother to sign a document which gives Adhi those shares as well.

Usha's step-father's daughter comes to live with them. She is a drug addict and her father wants nothing to do with her. Usha is determined to cure her from the addiction.

I was keen to read this post after seeing Sridhar's digs elsewhere at TV serials. And I am reminded of Vivek's scene in thiruttu payalE where he secretly captures a TV serial shooting scene with a video camera thinking that it's some 'kaLLa thodarpu' case, so that he can black mail the couple and get some money. Later when the director and assistant directors try to tell him the entire story of the serial he faints half way. The story is almost similar to what is mentioned above.

இந்த சிக்கலிலில் இருந்து விடுபட, ஆதித்யாவின் கைகளுக்குப்போன ஷேர்களை எப்படி மீட்பது என்று யோசனையில் அபி, விஸ்வநாதன், தொல்காப்பியன் ஆகியோர் ஆழ்ந்துபோக, அபி திடீரென ஒரு யோசனையை அறிவிக்கிறாள். மற்ற இருவரும் இது சரியாக வருமா என்று கேட்க, சற்று துணிச்சலாகத்தான் இறங்கவேண்டும் என்று அபி கூறுகிறாள்.

டிஜிட்டல் வேல்லி ப்ராஜக்ட் கையெழுத்தாகப்போகும் அன்று காலை, தான் மேஜர் ஷேர்களோடும் வக்கீலோடும் வந்து, வெளிநாட்டுக்காரர்கள் முன்னிலையில் அபியை அவமானப்படுத்தி கம்பெனியை விட்டு வெளியேற்றுவேன் என்றும், அதற்கு முன்னதாக இரண்டு 'கறுப்பு ஆடுகளும்' (ஆர்த்தியையும் மனோவையும் அப்பாவி ஆடுகளோடு ஒப்பிட்டு ஆடுகளை அவமானப்படுத்த வேண்டுமா?. 'கறுப்பு நரிகள்' என்று வைத்துக்கொள்வோமா?) இருவரும் அபி கன்ஸ்ட்ரக்ஷன்ஸ் அலுவலகம் சென்று நடப்பதை அவ்வப்போது தனக்கு தெரிவிக்க வேண்டும் என்று சொல்லி ஆதி அனுப்பி வைக்கிறான்.

கிரியுடன் ஆதி புறப்படும் நேரம் செல்போனில் ஆதிக்கு ஆப்பு வருகிறது. ஆதித்யா பில்டர்ஸ் ஸ்டாஃப் ஒருவன், ஆதியின் ஆஃபீஸுக்கு இன்கம்டாக்ஸ் ரெய்டு வந்திருப்பதாகவும் ஆதியின் வீட்டுக்கும் அவங்க வரக்கூடும் என்று சொல்ல, அவன் சொல்லி முடிக்கும் முன் ஒரு பறக்கும் படை வந்து ஆதியின் வீட்டை உள்பக்கம் பூட்டி, சோதனையில் ஈடுபடுகிறது. ஆதியால் எங்கும் நகர முடியவில்லை. இதனிடையே அவன் கிரியிடம், தனக்கு தெரிந்த இன்கம்டாக்ஸ் ஆஃபீஸருக்கு தொடர்பு கொண்டு விஷயத்தை சொல்லுமாறு கூற கிரி பாத்ரூம் போவதாகச்சொல்லி, உள்ளே போய் அவருக்கு போன் செய்கிறான்.

அதே நேரத்தில் ஆதியின் கெஸ்ட் அவுஸிலும் சோதனை. கெஸ்ட் அவுஸுக்கு வெளியே காரில் தொல்காப்பியனும், அபியும். ஆம் இதெல்லாம் அபியின் திட்டம்தான். ஏன் எல்லா இடத்திலும் சோதனை போட வேண்டும் என்று தொல்ஸ் கேட்க, அப்போதுதான் ஆதிக்கு சந்தேகம் வராது என்றும் அதைவிட முக்கியமாக, தங்கள் ஆட்கள் சோதனை போட்டு, ஷேர்களின் ஃபைலகளைக் கைப்பற்றும் வரை, ஆதியை ஒரே இடத்தில் முடக்கி வைக்க வேண்டும் என்று அபி கூறுகிறாள். கெஸ்ட் அவுஸில் ஃபைலகள் கிடைக்கின்றன. அதே சமயம் ஆதியின் வீட்டில், வந்திருப்பவர்கள் போலி ஆப்ஃபீஸர்கள் என்ற தகவலை கிரி சொல்ல, ஆதி கொதிக்கிறான். வீட்டில் சோதனை போட்டுக்கொண்டிருந்தவர்களைப் பிடிக்க முயல, அவர்கள் தப்பி ஓடிவிடுகின்றனர். ஆதி, தில்லாவுக்கு போன் செய்து உடனே கெஸ்ட் அவுஸுக்குப்போய் அபியையும் தொல்ஸையும் மடக்கி ஃப்லைகளைக் கைப்பற்றும்படி சொல்ல, அவன் பறக்கிறான். அதற்குள் அபியும் தொல்ஸும் ஃபைல்களுடன் காரில் ஏறிச்செல்ல, துரத்தும் தில்லா ஒரு சிக்னலில் கார் நிற்கும்போது, அபியிடமிருந்து அவற்றைப்பிடுங்கிக்கொண்டு காரில் பறக்க, இவர்கள் பின்தொடர்ந்து துரத்துகின்றனர். ஒரு இடத்தில் தில்லாவின் கார் பள்ளத்தில் மாட்டிக்கொள்ள, இறங்கி ஓடும் அவனை அபியும் தொல்ஸும் உருட்டுக்கட்டையால் தாக்கி, பைலைக்கைப்பற்றிக்கொண்டு ஆஃபீஸ் விரைகின்றனர்.

இதையறியாத ஆதி, தில்லா எப்படியும் வெற்றியுடன் திரும்புவான் என்ற எண்ணத்தில், தான் இன்னும் சற்று நேரத்தில் அபியின் அலுவலகம் வந்து அவள் முகத்திரையை கிழிக்கப்போவதாக ஆர்த்தியிடம் போனில் கொக்கரிக்கிறான்.

வெளிநாட்டுக்காரர்களெல்லாம் வந்து வெகுநேரமாகியும் இன்னும் அபி வராததை அறிந்து விஸ்வநாதன் தவித்துக்கொண்டிருக்க, அவரது தவிப்பை 'கறுப்பு நரிகள்' ரசித்து சிரிக்கின்றன. ஆனால் அந்த சிரிப்பில் மண்ணை அள்ளிப்போடும் விதமாக அபியும், தொல்ஸும் ஃபைலுடன் உள்ளே நுழைகின்றனர். வெளிநாட்டுக்காரர்களுடன் எல்லா விவரமும் பேசி, ஒப்பந்தமும் கையெழுத்தாகிறது. விருந்தினர்களை ஓட்டலில் விட்டு வருவதாக விஸ்வநாதன் அழைத்துப்போகிறார். சரியான சமயத்தில் வந்து கிழிக்கப்போகிறேன் என்று சொன்ன ஆதியண்ணாவை இன்னும் காணோமே என்று அவனுக்கு ஆர்த்தி போன் செய்யப்போகும் நேரம், அபி 'யாருக்கு போன் பண்றே, ஆதிக்கா?. அவன் வர மாட்டான். ஏன்னா, நீங்க ரெண்டு பேரும் எழுதிக்கொடுத்த ஷேர்களின் ஃபைல் இதோ என்கிட்டே இருக்கு' என்று அபி காட்ட, இருவரின் தலையிலும் பேரிடி. அதுமட்டுமல்ல, இனிமேல் கம்பெனியில் தானும், தொல்காப்பியனும், உஷாவும்தான் பார்ட்னர்கள் என்று சொல்லி அதிர்ச்சிக்குண்டை வீச, துரோகத்தின் மொத்த உருவமான ஆர்த்தி, அக்கா தனக்கு துரோகம் செய்துவிட்டதாக பேச்சை திசை திருப்ப.....

அபி வழக்கம்போல சென்டிமெண்டுக்கு ஆட்பட்டு, தங்கை, பாசம், கத்தரிக்காய், முருங்கைக்காய் என்றெல்லாம் பேசி கண்ணீர் விட்டு, சீரியல் பார்த்துக்கொண்டிருக்கும் ஆடியன்ஸை வெறுப்பேற்ற, நல்லவேளையாக இடையில் புகும் உஷா, ஆர்த்தியையும் மனோவையும் லெஃப்ட் அண்ட் ரைட் வாங்கி வாயடைக்க வைக்கிறாள். உஷாவின் ஏ,கே.47 தாக்குதலுக்கு உள்ளான 'நரிகள்' ரெண்டும் வெளியேற... அடுத்து டிஜிட்டல் வேல்லி ப்ராஜக்டில்தான் தங்கள் முழு கவனமும் இருக்க வேண்டும் என்று அபி கூற...
