Looks like we are the under dogs... on Pongal race. I am not sure how promotion are going with Veeram. On the other camp definitely will have huge promo's. Ayngaran is only promoting Jilla not Veeram in here. I expected that They always make Vijay's movies bigger even when superstar movie release along with his movies( exmple Chadramuki and Sachin). But If the movie clicks well then we have Veeram pongal.

Yeah. It obvious Vijay holds a strong market in overseas. That does not means only his movies have run. If movies are good, everyone will like it. :-)

It's all depends on the distributor, even though Vijay having good market than Thala in Europe what Ayngaran doing is not acceptable.. promoting one movie and nothing for the other. at least they should have sell it to Raj cinemas or somebody else. . if u see other overseas centres other than UK more or less both the movies got equal screens.. in additional Vijay's next with AR murugadas to be produced by Ayngaran. :-)

You mean unfair business ?

In Uk, there is no correlation that only good films run. It all depends on release date (festival vs off season), promotion in tv channels, screening in several theaters, competition from Hindi movies. The only Thala movie that met all these points was Mankatha which was promoted by Sun tv. No star has any ground there IMHO. Simple aadhavan collected than any movies once
