Star cast looks like there is no villain (unless Sampath Raj is the villain). This seems to be a family drama, so I am sure the dialogues and screenplay will be powerful to meet fans expectations

The first look of Vijay's upcoming release, Jilla will be out for Diwali day, November 2 according to a latest update from Jithan Ramesh, who represents Super Good Films, the producers of the movie. The film is on track for a Pongal 2014 release, as we have reported earlier.
Till now, on location stills of the movie have been released featuring Vijay, Kajal and Mohanlal. The official logo design of the movie was unveiled on the day, the movie's pooja was held, several months back.
On Diwali Day, Vijay fans would be eagerly expecting either a little teaser of the movie or a digital poster or some new stills from the movie with the official Jilla logo.
