Must watch for hardcore fans but only for fans.
It's basically footage and interviews from the rehearsal for the "This Is It" concert. Obviously, he was not going to dance like old times but whatever he did was above expectations, considering his age and his physical state (all skin and bones). Venkiraja,
Oh, certainly. I'm not comparing it to RfaD or The Wrestler, I was just saying they are both tempting films despite its 'accessibility', unlike 'The Fountain'. The latter is an audacious attempt, no doubt. I watched the film knowing a sizable portion was unused for the final cut. I hear Aronofsky is looking to cut a new version in future. Generally films that seems to have few screws loose, the longer Director cut works better.
bAlANNE..
I did watch the HD version of the Director's cut.Quote:

I think so. Right now I have some other version which is 93 mins. I am quite sure that was longer.Quote:

This Is It
Nice tribute. Good insight in the making of a concert, especially that of King of Pop's. Could have been a fantastic concert. What to do! Small displeasure: No moonwalk for Billie Jean  Maybe, he hasn't come to that part yet. A must for fans, I'm sure.

Modern Times (1936) a revisit
Middle finger to authorities, yay to the reds. Pretty daring film for its time. But apart from all that, still is a howler. A genius, that man Chaplin was.
 i watched this in 1U.. the 3d effects saved it..Quote:
