In TN? beating in lakhs (according to some sources) is termed as King of opening? That too taking into account the general perception about the performance of Thalaiva and Arrambham at the BO. If that is so then well and good I rest my case.

Two things *) Veeram has got it ahead of Jilla
*) Jilla is a commercial winner it it's own right

Lol.. What has the success of Aarambam and failure of Thalaivaa got to do with the pongal releases? and it's not general perception but a fact that Aarambam was a BB and Thalaiva was average/flop. Beating by lacks? according to pillai and other mokkai sites? If we are tracking the theatre counts and shows, it shows a different picture.. and also remember jilla had mohan lal, who is very popular in different parts of TN and has fans overseas as well, whereas we came as single hero.. appidi irunthum tholvi thaan pola.. intha king of opening ellam we didn't come up with it.. It's a coinage used for Ajith in trade..

Maama saar, 2 weeks in both Archana dharchana is still good achievement than removing from most of the imp. screens within 2 weeks.. go back to this same thread I was the one posted Veeram retained in Yamuna and no shows for Jilla at all in that same complex.. ganesh ramesh lam oru issue-aa Central, Raagam-la move aakum pothu? unga research-aa sila pala padangalukku pannalam .. engaiyavathu oduthaannu..
