Hi all

Just for your info.. Medical capsules (not tablets) are made from gelatin (pig, cow or horse)

If you need to take medication based on capsules, open the capsules and consume the powder with water .. capsules 'Only' contain the medicine, they are not medicine them self

Another Idea

Always take medicine with warm water as it helps to disolve the medicine quickly

Thanks a lot Raj uncle...I'm moved by your concern & kindness...:) I read abt the pillow on net but I'm not sure if I'll get it here...moreover the pain has reduced considerably... I have stopped using any extra cushions for the past 2 days... :) So i think I can do without it...
