hi Usha, Shivaranjini must be the most fav raga of almost all the Indian MD's after Sindubairavi and [Yaman]Kalyani. But the way Raja has handled it, I can bet no other MD would have done. Normally they employ this scale o depict pathos/poignant situation where as Raja has used it for romantic["Naan pooveduthu vaikkanum" , ecstasy["adi athaadi", erotic "dhak dhak karne laga"'s original telugu version, grief ,"oru moodan kadhai sonnaan" and so on...
"Mayilaadum thoppil" - may be in "Abheri/Bhimplaas"

Anyone has the mp3 version of "Unnai Naan Parkayil" from kannukoru vannakili?
