ok Roshan En serious aagureenga. Let me give you some history.
My wife is a big fan of MR and once we discussed about the romantic scenes in MR movie. She said as per SuhAsini, mani rathnam is basically very romantic and that is why all his movies including serious karuththu sollum movies, he mixes up romance. I just told that. It was neither for comedy nor for serious discussion. Just a fact about MR's personality. But here things are blown out of proportion. So I am sitting back and enjoying the show when I can't complain or cry.

தவறு ஒன்றும் இருப்பதாக தெரியவில்லை. வாரக் கடைசியில் சந்தித்துக்கொண்டாலே நண்பர்கள் தண்ணி அடிக்கிறார்கள். இருபது வருட இடைவெளியில் நண்பர்கள் ஒன்றாக சந்திக்கும் போது இப்படி மகிழ்ச்சியாக இருப்பதில் தவறில்லை. குடி / கூத்து வைத்துக்கொள்வது உங்களுக்கு ஏன் தவறாக தோன்றுகிறது? தனிப்பட்ட விருப்பம். அது போன்ற புகைப்படங்களை பார்க்கும்போது "பாருங்கப்பா! எப்படியெல்லாம் நட்போடு இருக்கிறார்கள்! நாமளும் அப்படி ஒரு பழைய நண்பர்கள் சந்திப்பு நடத்தினால் என்ன!" என்றளவில் மட்டுமே நமது சிந்தனை இருக்கவேண்டும் என நினைக்கிறேன்.

I think the assumption is that those pictures were taken unbeknownst to the participants and that they were doing something that the ought to be ashamed of. As equa points out, Lizzie did intend for the press to take those pictures at her party and the pictures did not seem out of the ordinary at all.
