You can reduce the amount of methi seeds if you find it
bitter.

Glad the tomato rice turned out well crazy!....just keep on trying simple recipes & in no time u will become an expert in the kitchen..;-)

kugan nga i think i have tried yr tomato rice.

dev....the tomato rice recipe sounds very simple........try pannidaren seekiramey ;-)

welcome to kugan's thread. the measurements for tiffon sambar powder are correct only. i am following this measurements only, it is turning out nicely.

if u feel that it will be bitter, then u can reduce the quantity of methi seeds. also when u fry methi seeds, make sure that nice aroma should comes out of it. donot fry till it becomes brown. when u fry too much then it will be bitter only.

i think i cleared ur doubt. please feel free to ask if u have any more doubts regarding this.

kugan and suvai,

from today i will little free. kids assessments finished and more quiz programme is there for my elder one. after that 8th of july school is closing.

i can effectively participate in the hub from tomorrow. gals today all leftover only. coz had some maintenance work athome today. so no cooking.

Do try & let me know Suvai... No cooking at home these days... A close relative passed away...So daily anga attendance podanum... almost full day ange thaan...
