Nayantara is in a new dilemma. The actress had tattooed Prabhu Deva’s name on her hands when she was in madly in love with him. This tattoo is causing her all the problems now. Though Nayan wants to get rid of it, she is confused over the ideas her near and dear ones have been giving.
According to sources, some people have advised the actress to change the tattoo by applying some other design to it. But Nayan thinks that it would be smart to have the tattoo removed through plastic surgery.
