Superstar Rajinikanth indeed has a golden heart. The actor may be earning crores, but he is also shelling out lakhs for humanitarian causes. And his golden heart went on display this year, when the whole country was celebrating the festival of lights. The actor showed his love and care for the cops by offering them special gifts during Diwali.

And this was not the end of his charity services during the festival season. The superstar is an ardent follower of God and thus decided to donate a couple of gopuram models to the Sri Arunachaleswarar Temple located in Tiruvannamalai. And this was not all. On hearing about a lighting problem disturbing the illumination of the Temple during this festive season, the actor made sure that enough money be provided to the Temple authorities so that they can use it to purchase superior quality lighting for the Temple.

The Sri Arunachaleswarar Temple authorities cannot help but praise the philanthropic act of the superstar, who has also said that he will donate more towards the Temple’s betterment in the future. This just proves that not only Rajini a good actor, but he is also a man with a golden heart, in a world that is ruled by commercialism.
