maadan kuzhambu :
Thuvaram parupu about 2 tblspn
perungayam oru chinna piece
fry the above till golden brown
coconut about 1 handful (no need to fry this)
now add it to the above & grind them all together & keep aside.
any veg like : murungai/pooshani/red pooshani/ ethaavathu oru kaai
tamarind about a small lemon size karaichi vaikavum
so to this tamarind water add the cut veg/turmeric/ sambar powder/ salt pottu nalla kothika vidunga...pachai vaasanai pogum varai.
now add araithu vaitha thengaai ...ithai pottu let it boil for another 2 to 3 mins...kuzhambu sernthu varum...apo turn off the heat & in a little oil add kadugu/vendhayam/lots of karuvepilai...ithai kuzhambil serthu...add chopped kothamalli too.....
This will go well with rice...& sepangkizhangu or potato or vazhakaai roast.....slurpy slurp!!;-)
oh dont forget to eat it with appalam...

Friends, I am back. I had the most enjoyable moments with AMMA. 90 of us left by 2 buses.
We reached Singapore at about 12.00 noon.
We were in the venue by 1.00 p.m.
Morning session Darshan was going on.
The session finished at 3.00 p.m.
We all rushed back to our rooms and we were back by 5.00 p.m
We had our hugs at about 12.00 midnight.
By the time we slept it was 2. a.m
The next day we were at the venue by 8.30 a.m
The programe was on till 3.00 p.m
We all stayed back in the venue to get our tokens for the night
Darshan. The session started at 7.p.m, but the crowd was so huge. After meditation and AMMA'S talk the Darshan began.
Beautiful bajans were going on.
Would you all believe, the Darshan lasted till 9.30 a.m the next morning. AMMA sat through the whole programe hugging each and every one. Malaysians had their Darshan at 11. p.m We all had tears rolling down our cheeks to see AMMA sacrificing her sleep and rest for us.
We all did not feel tired sitting in the hall with AMMA.
We were all very happy singing bajans through out the night, till 9.30 a.m in the morning.
We left Singapore at about 11. a.m stopped at few places ,
reached Malaysia by 4. p.m.
I felt myself really recharged with AMMA'S Love.
Did not forget to pray for each and every member of the Kugan's Kitchen while sitting in the front row and looking at AMMA. Thanks friends. Take care Kugan98
