தாராசுரம் சூரியகாந்தி டூரிங்கில், "தங்கப்பதுமை" திரைக்காவியம், 2.7.2010 வெள்ளி முதல் 5.7.2010 திங்கள் வரை, 4 நாட்களில், தினசரி 2 காட்சிகளாக, ரூ.21,000/- (ரூபாய் இருபத்து ஒன்றாயிரம்) மொத்த வசூல் செய்து இமாலய வெற்றி அடைந்ததையும், 6.7.2010 செவ்வாயன்று 5வது நாளாக தொடர்ந்து வெற்றி நடை போட்டு விண்ணை முட்டும் வெற்றியை நோக்கி சென்று கொண்டிருந்ததையும் யாம் ஏற்கனவே தெரிவித்திருந்தோம்.

இதன் பின்னர், இதே தங்கப்பதுமை திரைக்காவியம், 8.7.2010 வியாழன் முதல் அருகிலுள்ள மயிலாடுதுறை (மாயவரம்) சுந்தரம் திரையரங்கில், தினசரி 4 காட்சிகளாக திரையிடப்பட்டு, 14.7.2010 புதன் வரை ஒரு வாரம் ஓஹோவென்று ஓடி வெற்றி வாகை சூடியுள்ளது. [மயிலாடுதுறை சுந்தரம் அரங்கில் டிக்கெட் விலை ரூ.15/- மற்றும் ரூ.20/-]

விரைவில், தாராசுரம் சூரியகாந்தி டூரிங்கில், தங்கத்தமிழ்ப்பெருமகனின் "என் மகன்".

Hi all,

Yesterday watching "Thanga Pathakkam" in DVD and I was interested to watch only songs but in between had chance to see few scenes. I would like to mention 2 scenes

1. In the song "Sumai Thangi Saithaal" when our NT takes the "Rippon" from K.R. Vijaya and puts on his shoulder, oh god simply superb.

2. When our NT stands with his superior (K. Vijayan) and superior enquire about his mistake and he gets a phone call that missing person has been napped by AP police by the information provided by SP Chodury. All of sudden our NT body language changes and his hands are freely shaking. When superior office gets another phone and tells to SP Chodury that "I have a bad news", just check our NT hands, all of sudden it just stops. Marvelous, wonderful acting. I can see TP movie for 1000 times just for 2 scenes.

Long live our NT fame.

Guys any news about our NT movies released in Madurai? If possible can I get some photos, vidoes please?

Hi all,

Regarding National Award not honoured to our NT. It it duty of Indian government to honour other actors with our NT name "Sivaji Ganeshan" award for best actor like ""Dada saab Balke" award.

If Indian government cannot do then, we can look at Singapore or Malaysia.

Joe, just curious question, Is Singapore giving away any National award for best actor/actrees with any other actor name. If not what would be best way to convey our wish to start giving an award with our beloved "Sivaji Ganeshan" award?

Will it too complicated or am I looking for too much?

I beleive people from Singapore like Joe or other can advise.
