I do not think the "hey hey" humming was by ARR. But definitely the "yep" ஏப்பம் sound was by ARR. I always get amused with ARR's yeppam when listening to this song....

a divine song for me...love both the versions...sung well by both srinivas n sadhna sargam...the prelude,interlude n the ending are simply amazing...it takes me to somewhere else...
