if the hero has a longer name (or) something like first name & second name.. they usually say the 2nd name first.. then the first name..

few examples..
bond.. james bond < this is the trend setter> others to follow
basha.. manik basha
billa.. david billa
vikram.. arun kumar vikram
simma.. narasimma
vetrivel.. walter vetrivel

etc.

now, name the film in which hero says his first part of the name first then the last part..
the film is not some 2nd grade film
