i think Generation plays a big hand in coming in to the field...... when your family has a baground in films it's easy to get in to the field..... but keeping your place in it depends on your talant i think.
see simbu,surya-talanted and they have the place

I wont say that Manoj is a bad actor or something..have u seen this movie "Kadal Pookal" he acted wonderfully well,He needs some one to give a break,anyways his time is over.I think Surya is the good talented actor and he is much better than Sivakumar in Romantic scenes. :D

i have seen Kadal Pookal. he was good in that movie.... but he is not doing any good movies.... if it's generation that keeps the actors in the field. then Manoj should be high up there. ofcourse he is Baradiraja's son
